G – Reporting
Easy day only about 40km to lake Telman, not a bad drive the road being fairly good for dirt tracks arrived at the lake just after 10:30 Telman is a beautiful lake and there was NO one around, so checked out a few camping locations including the one mentioned in lonely planet but settled on a site at the end of a spit with water on 3 sides, with a pair of bizarre-looking swans nearby, who immediately flew off.
Had a lovely day doing nothing just sitting in the sun and enjoying the views and even had a swim, about 6 we noticed a row of 4x4s just round the lake and decided after dinner to check them out so after having a lovely beef pasta dinner only spoiled by the awful Mongolia Merlot we had picked up(servers me right for buying merlot!) we wandered over , turns out they where a group from France, Switzerland and Belgium so after a chat and a nice glass of wine (not Mongolian) we left them to get their own dinner while we wandered back to our camp for coffee and an end to a very relaxing day in Mongolia.
