G – Reporting
Easy day checked out of the B&B and headed to Samarkand, easy and uneventful drive apart from the constant police check points about 6 in 250Km but they all very polite as I guess we get the nice treatment as tourists!
Arrived at the new B&B with no problems and meet our host Odil really nice guy who spoke perfect English and French I later found out. Great little room with Wifi and English satellite TV!
So dumped out bags and went for a huge ramble across town not really looking at the major attractions but just getting a feel for the place after that a quick rest and dinner at a local restaurant where the food was really good and at $14 for dinner for 2 with drinks super cheap.
